General Information – Guide to purchasers

PU Stress Balls & Shapes

Please note that stress items are usually supplied in 3 grades of firmness, namely firm, medium and slow release. Medium firmness will be used if no preference is expressed. Due to the nature of the production process there will be slight variations of texture. Also note that because of the nature of the material, slight variations in decoration will occur. High durability inks are used in our printing and special transfers. Owing to the nature of use however, these cannot be guaranteed. Note proof samples are recommended as although we match to Pantone references, these may be affected by the body colour on which they are printed.

NB: Not suitable for children 3 years of age or under - Choking Hazzard / en7 parts 1,2,3 compliant

Stress toys are made from high grade PU. Some designs that feature extraneous parts, i.e. legs, tails etc. can be easily torn off. Material will also rupture if bent or pulled sharply. This is not the nature of use, as the items are meant to be squeezed gently. Please bear this in mind when ordering all shapes.

Personalisation and Branding

All product prices include a one-colour print or personalisation in at least one position, unless stated otherwise. Origination is extra. For any additional print requirements, please contact our sales department.

Delivery

Unlike our competitors we INCLUDE air freight in our prices. We do this because most customers want their stress orders within 3 weeks – sometimes sooner! We can accommodate 10 – 14 day delivery under certain circumstances. If you can wait 7 – 8 weeks, then you can get an even better price. Check with our sales team.

Artwork

Good, quality digital artwork is required in order to produce clear print on all our products. We will be happy to advise and are able to create any artwork if necessary, charged at commercial rates.

Print Size and Position

Unless specified, the size, positioning and overprinting method of the print will be at the discretion of the printer. PDF proofing is highly recommended.

Colours

When screen printing and pad printing, we use a set choice of colours which are as follows:- black, white, red, yellow, dark blue, medium blue, light blue, light green, medium green, orange, silver and gold. If a specific corporate colour is required, an additional charge will be made. We are unable to guarantee a perfect colour match as colour shades may vary depending upon material surface and texture, so we recommend you request a proof. Please contact our sales department for further help.

Printed Proofs

Printed proofs are available as pre-production samples on request. For costs and further details, contact the sales department.

Origination

Any required originations, such as Screens, Embroidery tapes, Plates or Foil Block Dies are charged at additional costs.

Quantities

All orders are subject to a 10% variance of unders or overs. A nominal charge will be made if an exact quantity is required for your order, depending on product and quantity. Contact our sales department for prices.

All dimensions stated are approximate. Any accessories shown with the products are for dressing purposes only and are not included in the price unless otherwise stated. Colours shown are as accurate as modern reproduction methods allow and no liability can be accepted for variation.

All our products comply with either BS566 5 or EN7 (parts I,II and III) Certification available on request.

According to item and quantity, unbranded products are available at a discount price. Please contact our sales department.

We are a 'TRADE ONLY' supplier, and therefore do not display prices.  If you require a pricelist* or quotation please contact our sales dept. All product prices quoted are for the stated quantities and are exclusive of VAT. If you require pricing for quantities that are not shown, please contact our sales department.
